🏔️ DAY 1 – ARRIVAL IN SRINAGAR | AIRPORT PICKUP & HOTEL
Welcome to the beautiful Kashmir Valley!
Upon arrival at Srinagar Airport, our representative will receive you at the Exit Gate and assist you with your transfer to the hotel.
Check in, freshen up and relax after your journey. Take some time to settle in and enjoy the peaceful surroundings of Srinagar.

🏔️ DAY 2 – SONMARG EXCURSION | MEADOWS & MOUNTAIN VIEWS
After breakfast, get ready for a beautiful excursion to Sonmarg – the Meadow of Gold.
Drive through the spectacular Sindh Valley, surrounded by majestic mountains and beautiful countryside. Enjoy the scenic journey and breathtaking views of Kashmir’s natural landscape.
You may explore Zero Point and enjoy a visit to Thajwas Glacier by horse/pony, available at your own expense.
After enjoying the beauty of Sonmarg, return to Srinagar in the evening.

🌼 DAY 3 – GULMARG EXCURSION | MEADOW OF FLOWERS
After breakfast, proceed towards Gulmarg – the Meadow of Flowers, situated at approximately 2,730 metres above sea level.
Surrounded by magnificent mountains and lush landscapes, Gulmarg is known for its scenic beauty, skiing slopes and golf course.
You may also enjoy the famous Gondola Cable Car Ride towards the higher mountain areas, subject to weather and operational conditions. Gondola tickets are not included in the package.
Spend time enjoying the spectacular mountain views and capturing beautiful photographs with your group.

Visit Betaab Valley by Union Cab, available on direct payment basis. You can also enjoy a scenic horse/pony ride through the Pahalgam valleys, available at your own expense.
Take in the fresh mountain air, beautiful landscapes and peaceful surroundings before beginning your return journey to Srinagar.
Later, drive back to Srinagar in the evening.

PAYMENT TERMS
💳 First Payment – 50%: 50% of the total tour cost must be paid 30 days before the tour departure date.
💳 Final Payment – 50%: The remaining 50% must be cleared 15 days before the tour departure date.
📌 Booking Confirmation: Booking will be confirmed after receipt of the registration token amount and required documents.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation requests must be made in writing and will be considered from the date of receipt.
More than 30 Days before Departure: 10% of the total package cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
15–30 Days before Departure: 15% of the total package cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
07–14 Days before Departure: 25% of the total package cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
Less than 07 Days before Departure / No Show: 50% of the total package cost will be charged.
Any cancellation or refund will be subject to the cancellation policies of hotels, transport providers, attractions and other service providers involved in the booking.
Any non-refundable component, advance payment or booking amount already paid to suppliers may be deducted from the refund amount.
No refund will be provided for services not utilized voluntarily by the guest after commencement of the tour.
In case of cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances, natural events, government restrictions, weather conditions or force majeure situations, refund or adjustment will be subject to the actual recovery received from the respective service providers.

👭 This is a Women Special Group Tour planned for up to 30 female travellers.
📝 Booking will be confirmed only after receipt of the required booking amount/payment.
🪪 All travellers must provide valid Government-issued ID proof at the time of booking/travel.
💰 The package cost is based on the agreed group size and inclusions mentioned in the package.
🏨 Hotel accommodation will be provided as per the package. Early check-in, late check-out and room upgrades are subject to hotel availability and additional charges.
🚗 Vehicle type and seating capacity will be arranged according to the final group size and local transportation regulations.
❄️ In case of snowfall or restricted road conditions, local/chain vehicles may be required for certain routes. Additional charges, wherever applicable, will be payable separately.
🚕 Certain sightseeing locations may require local Union vehicles as per local regulations.
🌦️ The itinerary may be modified due to weather conditions, road closures, traffic, government/local authority regulations or other circumstances beyond the organiser's control.
🎿 Adventure activities, cable car/Gondola, pony rides, Shikara rides, skiing, rafting and other activities are not included unless specifically mentioned.
🧳 Guests are responsible for their personal belongings, valuables, documents and electronic items.
🍽️ Meals are provided as specified in the package. Any additional food, beverages or special meal requirements will be charged separately.
💳 Any personal expenses or services not specifically mentioned under Tour Includes will be payable by the guest.
❌ Cancellation, refund and rescheduling will be governed by the booking/cancellation policy applicable at the time of confirmation.
